After hearing positive reviews on the company, we were feeling confident in utilizing their services for the removal of two tree stumps in our back yard. Gage Tree Service came out on Jun 18th and promptly gave us an estimate. We reached out later that day to get on their schedule. We had not heard anything from their office by June 29th so we reached out again and were told someone would be in touch. Fast forward to today, July 15th, and still have not heard from their office. We decided to go with another company who could at least get us scheduled. Jeff seems very nice, and professional, but a bit disappointed in the office for not contacting us.

They removed the wrong tree. They don’t know trees I guess (ironic for a “tree service” company), so when I asked them to remove a mayday tree, they came and marked the wrong one. When I told them it was the wrong one and I marked the correct one, they came and confirmed the price. I scheduled the removal and stump grinding and while I was at work I missed their call. No one left a voicemail. They cut down the wrong tree and ground it down to nothing. Do not recommend this company.
