Seeing quite a few rough reviews on this place. We stayed there for two nights at the very end of August so pretty late in the season.

Don't get sucked in by the websites pictures, it's not that nice. The latest refurbishment to our two rooms was shoddy and unprofessionally done. The carpet is filthy and the hot water would scald a person if not careful. The floor to our room slanted down the hillside making one wonder about the foundation. On our last night we were kept awake from 11PM to 4AM from a staff assisted party 3 doors down from our rooms. The interesting looking restaurant on the property was closed. Signage for the property doesn't exist and the staff is poorly trained. I know we're not here for the hotel experience but, for the prices they charge you would expect something a little nicer. (0)

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
  3. Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
  5. Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
