I shopped there with my girlfriend for an extension cord. Paid for it and left, then girlfriend realized she left her phone so we went back to get it. As we enter the store we were greeted by Summer, whom was being extremely rude and disrespectful to us as well as the other customers there. They made us both go upstairs into the office where we were met by manager (KAREN) who completely disrespected us. We were deeply offended and had no clue what was going on. She then went on to tell us that she had contacted the police and tried to have us arrested for stealing. I quickly showed her the receipt and proved to her that it was purchased by me. Thankfully I had my receipt, had I not have had it I would have been spending the night in jail. That$0027s just bad business practice and very shameful honestly. True value used to be a good store but currently its completely mismanaged.
