Someone had been hacking off arms of my Totem Pole cactus in the front yard. I was eager to get it to a protected space and after a query I put on FB I had about 8+ people all say "call KP Cactus & Tree." KP also contacted me on FB right away. I sent them pics of the cactus and they were able to come to my house that same afternoon. Their speedy response online, on the phone, and in person was impressive!
