Poor Boys Tree Service Reviews

They done an outstanding job on clean up and have great customer service. And very reliable. I highly recommend them.

Terrible! We had scheduled their services for Monday morning for our elderly grandmother to have some limbs removed from a tree. They don't show up until Friday afternoon. Then they cut the limbs and leave them along with a massive mess cutting them caused. They demand $300 (for cutting 2-3 limbs!) "cleaning up the limbs was not part of the deal"! I mean being 4 days AND leaving the mess for an elderly lady to manage? This is not a business I could recommend to anyone!

I cannot say enough great things about Poor Boys Tree Service. RJ and his crew took care of 6 huge trees that were too close to our garage and left the space as if the trees were never there. We are new to Arkansas and will forever call them for our tree service needs. If you have stumbled on this review, look no further, these are your guys!

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
  3. Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
  5. Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
