Made appointment for estimate they did not show up or call that day. Made a second appointment for them to come on the next day. Appointment time passed again no call. After waiting the second time I just left a message that I had decided to use another company. No follow up from the company.

Mr. Mackey came out himself and we discussed the removal of 3 large thorn trees and undergrowth. He had a crew out quickly and they were very professional speaking with us on site and friendly. The work they completed totally changed our back yard and added 1000 square feet of usable yard to our lot at a very reasonable price. My neighbor decided on the spot to have them do work also. They also cleared vines and dead limbs from our large persimmon and Hackberry trees which we believe will be a lot healthier now that the undergrowth and thorn trees are gone. We highly recommend his services and plan to work with Mr. Mackey to do some grading soon also. A+

I was looking for a company to do a stump grinding job on short notice due to having sod delivered within a few days. I googled local tree and stump grinding companies in my area and came across Mackey Tree Service in my hometown (No relation). I called them and spoke with the owner who was just completing another job. He said they were really busy, but would do his best to fit me into his schedule that day or the next. Four hours later, while at work, I received a text message saying they completed the job. They did an outstanding job grinding the stump and went almost a foot below the surface. Needless to say, I was impressed with their work, and have saved their number for any future tree service or stump grinding I may need in the future.
