Cranford Land Management Reviews
Cody Harris
Brice and his crew cut down three big pine trees in front of my house for me. They did a great job! I've got two more trees in my backyard that need to come down. I'm definitely calling them back when I get ready to do it.

Mr. Cranford came with a team and removed a very large old tree that was dying. They did a FABULOUS job! We were all amazed at the proficiency, clean up and service. Arista Apartment Homes-Texarkana HIGHLY recommends Cranford Land Management!

I was in terribe shape after a lightening strike hit a 100$0027 tall pine in my backyard, splitting it to the ground and catching it on fire. The tree was only 65 feet from my house and was at risk of falling onto it. I called Cranford Land Management and Brice came by within the hour. The job was qouted and I called the next day to give them the go ahead. They were at my house the next morning to put the tree on the ground so it would not fall onto my house. It was raining heavily that week, so they came back several times to clear out the debri when it was dry enough so they woulld not tear up my grass in the yard. The friendly, highly professional work was excellent. Now I have them doing work on my land cutting trails. I will never call anyone else.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
