Don$0027t ask them to trim your trees! They visited our house twice, both times leaving me absolutely befuddled as to why they did what they did. They absolutely BUTCHERED one tree that was just supposed to be cut away from touching the house- now there is no more foliage with which to block the sun these last hot months of the year, and the tree just looks pitiful. The other tree, a Mulberry, was supposed to be just trimmed back from the power lines, but they cut all the leaves back on the lower branches and left the ones resting on power lines (this being the hottest day of the year and we lose our shade...genius)-the first visit. On the second? Oh that$0027s when they took away the rest of the leaves, but hey! At least they got the problem branches this time!
