Customer beware: So I had these guys do a ton of work at my house at the end of last year. At the time I was really impressed with their work. My property looked great and the price was reasonable. They cut down a tree for me and I had no problem paying ahead to have the stump grinded down. Sean, who I had been in contact with through the whole process said they needed to get PG&E to mark the area then they could do it. Over a month later it still hadn't been done. I contacted Sean and he said the ground was too wet and he needed to wait. Ok, no problem. I text him today, 3 months afterwards and it's still not done. I got a text in response saying that it was Sean's wife responding to me and that Sean had died. Sean Potvin, one of the guys running a crew and who I had been in contact with through the whole process is indeed alive. I do not understand why I would receive a text saying he was dead, even with a specific date he had died. I have since been threatened with a lawsuit if my review is not taken down. I have told them multiple times to call me and have even called them again leaving multiples numbers where I could be reached. To this point they have still not called me to make this situation right.

My wife and I can't stop raving about the good work these boys are doing! Not only did they clean up their mess COMPLETELY.. they worked HARD in pouring down rain and were very polite. Will definitely keep their number for anyone I can give it to!! And they did 3 trees for $250.. Can't beat the price.☺

Urban Forester Tree Service - owner Sean Potvin. I received a Small Claims Judgment 4 October 2018 in the amount of $1,500.00 plus court fees of $70.00. Sean Potvin has NOT paid me. In addition, the law requires the debtor fill out a form called the Judgment Debtor’s Statement of Assets. He has willfully failed to send me the form.
