Rigby Timber / Flow State Tree Works Reviews
Carrie Guilfoyle
100% Awesome! I recently bought my first home on 3-acres and Flow State Tree Works helped transform the land from a mess of dead trees, stumps, trash and cement into a canvas to build my dream homestead. Trint and Greg went above and beyond the expectations of the job and easily adjusted to the challenges that arose. Their work is exceptional, timely, affordable and filled with kindness and grace. Flow State is more than just a tree service - they are in the business of changing lives. Highly recommended!

These guys are beyond professional! They did a killer job with the tree trimming as well as the clean up. Then they gave me some pointers on how to keep the tree healthy as well. Guys where knowledgeable, friendly and the price was extremely fair. If you need a tree trimmed forget the other guys and call them.

Trint and Greg were personable, efficient, and made the whole experience a lot of fun.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
