AAA Emergency Tree Service Reviews
Julie Crowl
AAA did a great job. After losing a big pine during a wind storm they Came out quickly, cleaned everything up and had the stump ground up. I recommend them.

It’s still a work in progress, but so far, so good. I called Joe to have a tree on my back patio removed. He didn’t want to remove it because he said it was a great tree. It is a pretty tree, but it makes a mess on my patio every spring, summer and fall. He noticed some problems in my front yard and talked me into letting him work on those for now. He and his partner did a lot of work and cleaned up really well. It was a bit on the pricey side, but he came out same day and got it done, except the tree on the patio….I’ll call him again, when I need more done.

I contacted AAA Emergency Tree services about an issue with a 70 year old tree- sumac. Wind and unusual weather caused a huge split in a multiple branch trunk. Contacted Joe on the Sunday morning of the July 4th weekend and sent pictures. He sent his arborist Bryan on Monday afternoon but unfortunately Monday evening and more weather-it was down taking out a fence and part of my neighbors pergola. Tuesday morning Joe arrived and his team worked until sundown and there no evidence of tree in the ours or the neighbors yard. There was some debris removed by Wednesday from the back fence. I would recommend Joe and team to do emergency service again. Saving the tree was a priority and part Joe’s initial conversation but it wasn’t what happened with the tree. Joe is a very knowledgeable tree person.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
