Great job trimming and shaping our 2 Oak trees by Leilani. Prompt quote, did the work when expected, cleaned up grounds. Everything looks beautiful! Highly recommend this company.

We needed some vegetation and a small tree removed to make room for a pool installation. We googled "tree removal" & randomly called Leilani Tree Service on a Friday afternoon. We were initially impressed that someone actually answered the phone! We were leaving town that Monday & were in a bit of a hurry. Steve actually came out to view the site on a SUNDAY(!) to accommodate our schedule. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable and very easy to talk to. He provided a fair estimate and assured us he could have the work completed within the next 2 weeks. I later received an email confirmation and a tentative work date. That week, hurricane Idalia blew through Florida... We figured our little project would be delayed, but their crew showed up and completed the job on schedule. Since we were away, my neighbor took pictures of the completed work & said the crew was respectful and they did a great job. Everything was done as we requested & all debris was cleaned up and removed. We would not hesitate to contact Steve and Leilani Tree Service again and would highly recommend them to any of our friends who need tree work done. * Before & After photos provided.

Where once was a very old and sick tree, there is no more. They were extremely polite and did a great job doing what was expected of them. The arborist spoke with me and explained exactly what the issue was with the tree. He also spoke with the Code Enforcement Officer to make sure he was satisfied with the work being done.
