My mother purchased a load of wood and it was fine. Next load was not good. She is in her 70s , wood was too big and long. I called and spoke with a lady that I explained the situation. She said she would get someone to come fix it. So in the rain , a man came and took a saw and cut maybe a fourth of it in half. The pieces still big, just short and big, the rest is laying way too long and money wasted . I would not make this review but they didn$0027t make the wrong right.
