Floyd's Tree Service Reviews
Chris
What a total rip-off 2500 dollars lost. Left me with a giant mess in my yard. They were supposed to help me clean up the backyard not destroy it. What con artist.

Mr. Ricky Floyd and his crew were fantastic to work with. After receiving several quotes, I chose Floyd's Tree Service. Mr. Floyd took the time to explain the process and the care that would be taken to avoid damage to the fence and surrounding trees. I was able to get on the calendar very quickly, which allowed for landscapers to start work a week earlier than planned. They were on time; and the crew was very kind, courteous, and didn't waste any time getting to work, operating like a well-oiled machine. They cleaned all of the debris before leaving. I couldn't be more pleased and am happy to recommend them highly.

Floyd$0027s tree service was did a great job removing a 100+ ft. tall pine tree in my back yard. The whole crew was very professional and I never felt my home or any of my property was in any danger. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend!

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
