The Grounds Guys of Eastman, GA Reviews

Debra James (1)
Lack of trust, professionalism, Left debris in the street at the curb which was unsafe and sloppy, left debris all over my parked car, Had leisure time on my dime. I came home from the hospital and had to clean up behind them and was not supposed to do any work upon discharge from the hospital. Through not paying attention and not following detailed instructions a property line stake was removed and I was not informed via text nor email. I was in contact with them while hospitalized so they had the opportunity to inform me. I found out through my security camera upon arriving back home. The team member who was not paying attention removed the stake with his weed cutter. He engaged in a conversation with a problematic neighbor who have been warned by the police of trespassing onto my property. The supervisor was instructed specifically not to exceed certain points of the yard to avoid problematic neighbor and encroaching on neighbors property or parking in front of neighbors homes. Instead they entertained themselves and followed her instructions on where to place another stake she provided. This is recorded on my security camera. Tremayne Was provided with detailed information the day prior via text and the initial visit. I was very and sadly disappointed. Because I found these specific ground guys team of lawn maintenance to be very unprofessional because I had to work behind them and have my car detailed to remove debris, I had to work behind them and remove debris from the street curb using one hand and I was not supposed to exerting myself through bending nor lifting after discharge from the hospital, because they did not pay attention to detail, nor follow my specific instructions, and because they were arrogant enough to be caught on camera laughing at the property line dispute that has caused me great mental physical and emotional distress after purchasing only two months ago. I would never trust this team of ground guys franchise on my property again nor would I refer them. I paid them in advance before I arrived home and before I reviewed my security camera or saw my car was left with dirt debris and left in the street at my curb was fallen thin tree limbs from my yard they placed there.
