Thomas Tree Service Reviews

Dean O'Nale (Dean and Michelle) (5)
I called for an estimate, they came the same day, good price on the work I wanted done and they were here when they said they would be, removed a tree, bucked it up and stacked it all in a short time. Excellent service all the way around-THANKS!
Stephanie Jackson (5)
Fast professional service at a reasonable price. The gentlemen who showed up to cut my trees were very friendly and did a great job cutting trees located in difficult areas without damage to adjacent structures and they also cleaned up the trees and leaves afterwards. I would highly recommend Thomas Tree Service.

Highly recommend Phillip Thomas and his crew. Very professional - he provided a free estimate and then once hired, maintained contact on when the job would be completed. Very responsive. Would definitely hire Phillip and his crew again.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
  3. Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
  5. Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
