I don't understand how this company has any good reviews. The management in my neighborhood uses this company to remove trees. Every time they come out, they never clean up. They leave behind branches, tear up the yards leaving holes with their tractors and they have broken items in backyards. On the most recent visit they were supposed to cut down one tree. They ended up cutting down a patch of smaller trees on the opposite side of the yard, which has eliminated all shade and now the back of my house gets very hot. Am I a tree expert? No. of course not, but on a previous visit they were able to drive a large tractor behind our houses to take down some other trees. They were right behind the newest tree that they took down and there was plenty of room for them to cut that tree without cutting down the smaller trees. in addition to cutting those other trees down, they left a very large, thick root sticking up out of the ground that a person could easily trip over! I'm adding this company to the ever growing list of companies that do not take pride in their work. Their employees are butchers that just enjoy cutting trees. I'm sure they would not want their yards trashed, but I guess they're ok doing that to the customers.

We had a mature tree leaning towards our upstairs window that, unfortunately, had to be removed. Kelly came out to inspect and by the next morning we had an estimate and all information about it which we had to submit to our HOA. We got 3 quotes from different companies and Cowart beat them by a couple hundred dollars.
