Elk Ridge Tree Care Reviews
Summer Day
Sheldon came out for an estimate and I was very impressed with his knowledge and suggestions about tree care for my propery. He came out the following week to remove a half cut standing tree the electric company left in my yard and ditch plus several other trees too close to my barn. All the wood was either ground up, even large pieces, and a other much larger pieces nicely stacked. All the brush around the trees were also removed. I will definitely have him back as I know he will be needed.

Sheldon is fantastic! He not only matched a competitor's bid, but sent me detailed pictures of what he would take off my maple tree to confirm before starting work. He and his crew are professional and friendly, fast & efficient. They even raked my yard after. Highly recommend for any arborist needs in North Idaho!

Sheldon was very professional and was happy to come out and give me a fair estimate to take out a few medium sized trees on my property. He was able to schedule the work within the next week and promptly removed and chipped the trees! Very happy with his hard work, fair pricing, and quick responses. Will use again when I need to remove other trees!

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
