Rodhouse Branch Management Climbing and Tree Services Reviews
Bobbi Atkinson
Austin was prompt, courteous and professional. We had a cat in a tree way out of our reach that was too scared to come down-he kindly accepted the challenge and the price was exactly what he quoted. Great job!

Austin and his crew did an amazing job with my tree removal. The service was professional and efficient. Not only did he take the tree down quickly, they did so without even leaving a scratch on the frack directly under the tree and the fencing on the side of it. When the job was done they cleaned up every bit of the tree. The only remnant was the stump. Otherwise, no one would have known the tree was ever there! Great work and would definitely hire again.

Terrible unprofessional person. Gets paid for doing a job and then has his fiancee and friends go to the business page and make fake reviews when they have no knowledge of the person$0027s business. I am making this review on posts I have personally seen Austin and his fiancée and 2 friends make against the person. It$0027s deceit in its finest form and how can you trust someone to work for you who would intentionally deceive and be malicious?!?!

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
