I am a returning customer to Oak Bros tree removal service. I had occasion to have debris removed from a wood pile. Brian gave me an initial estimate. I did not get back to Brian and he followed up about a week later to see if I had wanted the service. I appreciated the follow up call. Oak Bros took care of scheduling the electrical line drop. I arrived at the house after a couple of loads had been removed. Initially I thought I wanted just the larger stuff removed. When I saw how much of the smaller debris was going to be left, I asked Jason if he could clean up all of the debris. He stated no problem and called the office to have a skid steer brought out to the location. Jason and his co-worker cleared out all the debris and smoothed over the dirt (excellent job!!). My interaction with the office staff (Sarah & Rachel) was excellent each time I called.
