Denny's Tree Service

Denny and his crew gave me an estimate on a HUGE tree that was encased in all kinds of wires, nipsco lines, and poles. They came out when they said they would, did an excellent job, and were very professional! We would definitely call them again!

Called. on a weekend after 3 large trees came down in our yard. Answered my call and came that morning to give me an estimate. Came the following Tuesday and did an excellent job of removing damaged branches, cleaning up, and hauling it all away. Very pleased with their service, professionalism, and responsiveness. Our experience was all positive.

I called Denny’s after an ice storm brought down some large tree branches in my yard. The owner came out to my home to inspect the branches, trees, and my yard and he provided me a quote. I was told they would come the next day but they never showed. After hunting them down, they finally came out a week later only to stay for 10 minutes. They trenched my side yard trying to get their bucket truck into my fenced in yard. After determining they couldn’t fit, and destroying my side yard, they took off without so much of a call or note. After two more phone calls I finally reached them only to be given an attitude by the owner. The owner said it was too much of a hassle for him to take down the trees, even though he was the one to come out to my home and provide me with the quote, agreeing to do the project in the first place. He was the one who saw the width of the fence opening at the time of the quote and never questioned the fact that he needed to get his vehicle through my fence. They didn’t even mulch the branches that they had easy access to - not needed to get a truck inside the fence for those. So here I am, one and a half weeks later, with no branches mulched, no trees taken down, and a big muddy mess in my yard. 0/10 ... absolutely would not recommend.
