I had arranged an appointment with them to come out, took time off work - never showed up. David called back and was apologetic and promised me a "discounted rate" for the poor customer service so I was going to give him a second chance. He never showed up. I called about 10xs nothing. He called me back over a month later and left me a VM asking if I got by work done and if I still needed help. I HATE to lead people away from small businesses BUT don't waste your time.

I highly recommend them for tree removal needs. I’ve used them twice to take care of infected ash trees in very close proximity to the house. Their rates were very reasonable when they came to bid the job. The three person crew that came out was very professional and wouldn’t take payment until the work was COMPLETELY done. It took them two days to cut down five trees and do a complete removal / cleanup of tree stumps from the bottom of a hill. They shredded the wood on the spot and left the yard and driveway spotless.
