Grind It Up Reviews

Kelley Marchbanks (5)
A true professional with all the right equipment! Justin provided excellent communication and superb service. The stump was ground super deep getting all the roots while keeping all the wood chips collected. He even made sure the hump that naturally develops around a tree was leveled. I know there are a lot of stumps out there - if you have one, this is the place to call.

So happy I chose Grind It Up to remove the large ash tree stump in our yard. Justin was quick to reply to my inquiry, provided a reasonable quote for the job and was on time on the day he we chose to do the job. When the job was completed I was surprised at how well the area surrounding the stump was cleaned (I had requested to have the wood chips removed), in fact it looked like the stump had been plucked out of the ground!

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
  3. Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
  5. Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
