Initially I had great hopes because of the reviews but my experience with them has been terrible. They cancelled on me twice, which the last time I had called because they were late…”oh they are on their way and will be there shortly…” An hour later I called and left a message and then received an email stating equipment issues and they had to cancel and reschedule. They rescheduled, did the job (never called me to tell me they were on their way like I had asked several times so I could meet them there). They didn’t clean up the area (which was part of the estimate) sticks and limbs were everywhere (even still in the tree) and they broke a marble table. Left another message to have them come back, clean up and “finish” the job. Time will tell.

We had a great experience with KC Arborist! We asked for an estimate online and Jodi was out to our property within 24 hours. Due to the rough spring weather there was a 4-6 week wait but Jodi was upfront with the expectation and we really appreciated that. MaryAnne, in the office, fielded our questions as we waited for our turn to have the tree removed. She was pleasant to speak with and quick to get our questions answered. A.J. was the lead on the crew that came to our house and did a great job. He introduced himself and walked us through the process. The whole crew was responsible and respectful of our space. They worked quickly and did a great job. To top it all off they were kind to my very excited little boys that whooped and hollered as the tree came down.

I had questions about several trees and plants in our yard and wanted professional input. Jody responded quickly and professionally to set up an appointment. He arrived when he said he would, looked at the trees and plants, and told me exactly what was going on with each one. None of them needed any treatment or special care, and he didn’t try to sell me anything that wasn’t needed. I will definitely call KC Arborist if I have any questions or needs in the future.
