So many great reviews for this Tree Service, from my hometown, and the quote was the right price. However my experience was by far not the as great as it should have been. The day of scheduled service( rescheduled to help more in need customers, which was fine worked better for me anyway) he text and asked for my address, which had been provided from the beginning(came to my house for a quote), they did show up around 8am which had been discussed. I left to run a few errands and received a text that they were done, but to take off $200 for the stump grinding, since it wasn't done. ( Included in quote) I expressed I wasn't comfortable paying for a job that was not finished. The front man threatened to take me to court for not paying for the work done, which I didn't say I would not pay. He hung up on me, then we texted, for which I was blamed for not communicating I work and had a dog that couldn't be in the yard when they were. Then said I was bashing him. He did finally apologize and showed up too finish the job. I have never had a business owner act so unprofessional.

I have to genuinely and highly recommend Hill Tree Service. I don't leave reviews often, but felt compelled. These guys arrived right on time, Gary gave me a fair price, was responsive (first to come out for estimate), and very professional. The crew of what looked like 5-8 guys was hard working crew and impressed all the neighbors and cleaned up all the stuff that fell into neighbors yeard. They left no trace. Here is a before & after photo and notice how the trees were thinned, and low branches removed. Got rid of many dead hanging limbs too. They serve all around the Wichita area. On time, polite, very hard working team...The River Birch we had removed in our backyard was gone in a matter of 2.5-3hrs. They are efficient and they navigate appropriately so that they do not disturb your surrounding neighbors yards. We will gladly promote Hill Tree Service to our entire neighbor.
