Chappell Tree Service Reviews
Brooke Braddy
I had a great experience with Chappell Tree Service today! Lightening damaged a huge tree in my yard and it was super sketchy. They came out and took care of it within a couple hours. Were experienced and did it safely. Reasonable prices as well! Highly recommend their services!

We had a great experience with Chappell Tree Service. Shawn and his team were very professional, pleasant and polite. We had a tree root that was lifting our driveway pavers, so they removed it by hand, taking extra precaution not to chip a paver. The trees look so much better, as well. Thank you for a job well done.

Tried to tackle a large maple on our own and realized we were in great need of a tree climber. Shawn came out with all his equipment and had the tree down and cleaned up with in a few hours! Very good work ethic and highly recommend Chappell Tree Service!

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
