Pool's Tree & Crane Service LLC Reviews
Johnnie Baker
I’ve had quotes abound and finally decided on a service. I went with a recommended company and so glad I did. They showed when they said, answered guestions I asked while preforming the task and made sure I was totally satisfied with the work they did. I’m enjoying the space and making plans on seeing use of the space. Very much thanks.

The most recent tornados that hit Louisville resulted in a beautiful 100-year oak tree falling on our house. Chris and his crew came out immediately and removed the tree off the house and even tarped the roof for us to prevent further damage. Shortly, thereafter Chris and his crew removed the remainder of the enormous oak from our yard. They were even so caring as to cut a disk for us to make a table out of the tree AND used their crane to load the massive trunk on a trailer for another individual to take the wood for good use. The professionalism and care Chris and his crew display is unmatched. I will always call on them for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
