Masterscape and Tree Reviews

Beverly Juett (5)
They did a great job removing several old bushes in the front of a house we bought. Service was quick, efficient, and mess was cleaned up well. Very reliable on showing up to mow my lawn. My grass looks great, and my instructions are followed perfectly. Aleck is friendly and cordial, too. I highly recommend this business for lawn care.

Alek did a great job getting our Japanese maple under control and giving it some character. Also trimmed and shaped all our shrubs. He was on time, polite, left the job site very clean and all at a reasonable cost. Will be using him again and definately reccomend.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
  3. Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
  5. Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
