A & G Tree Services Inc Reviews

Property was torn up. I told them not to leave trenches on the property and they did that very thing. Wood chips are dumped all over the hay field. We told them they could put the wood chips in the hole and they didn’t do that, they put the chips on the edge and they kept dumping further from the holes. Now a bulldozer needs to come in and clean up the mess. Plus we asked them to chip up a little bit of limbs and clean up the limbs from a big tree in exchange for dumping in the holes. One of the workers tried to uphold the agreement and he said he got into trouble for trying to do it and he couldn’t do what we agreed. I have called the company twice and no one has called us back. There is a lot of damage done and it will be taken care of. I have no problem calling my attorney and going to court.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
  3. Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
  5. Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
