This lawn care service company is very unprofessional. I hired them 2 months ago for a simple bi-weekly mow and trim and on the very first cut they only did the front, and did a very poor job; uneven, didn't trim and missed one entire side altogether. I had to call Jake to explain the situation and also send photos before they came back to fix the front and mow the back. Their excuse for not cutting the back was because we had a dog in the backyard. We were home and all the guy had to do was let us know so we could put him up, but never even tried. Then, I asked Jake if the person mowing could text/call before coming next time so we could make sure our dog was put up. Not once did they do this. They mowed a few more times and it was better than the first time. Then recently, they didn't come on the bi-weekly agreed to schedule and no call or text as to a reason why or letting us know when they could come. Our grass was getting pretty tall and I had to again call/text Jake. He hardly responds to texts or calls back if there is an issue even though he says he "will make things right". His most common excuse when he actually does respond is that their equipment broke down. This company is a joke. We quickly found another option and canceled with Central Kentucky Properties.
