Arbor Care of Acadiana Reviews
Michael Liberto
Was referred to Arbor Care by another local tree company. Called them on my way to rent a stump grinder. They did it for less money than the cost of a rental and came the next day. Last time I used a stump grinding company, my yard was a complete mess. Not this time. I seldom write reviews, but they did such a great job from grinding to clean up. It’s the little things that makes life less stressful and using Arbor Care warranted me writing a positive review. Highly recommend…

Hands down the best tree pruning I've ever known. They're like an Olympic team. No heavy equipment with two tree climbers. All the expertise and knowledge you need. Owner Kelly Hebert is licensed arborist with state of Louisiana. Very good price and worth every penny! I won't use anyone else.

I cannot say enough good about this company. They do a phenomenal job and go above and beyond the work they actually contracted to do! The crews are knowledgeable and courteous, and they leave your place cleaner than when they arrived. Amazing work ethic! Thanks Kelly Hebert!

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
