Joles tree service did an amazing job taking down a tree that was about to cause serious damage to my neghbors property it looked like it was about to fall over they came and basically saved the day they were on time and the owner and his crew were professional and friendly i cant couldnt be happier with the work done

I called this guy and he told me I was on the waiting list and called back and he was like you're still on the waiting list. Called back and he was like I think you need to find someone else I'm really swamped. Customer services at it's finest.

I had a large maple tree removed. Pros: Great Communication on the phone and through text. The job was completed in one hour and the stump grinder came the same day. I got a discount when I paid in cash. Cons: Tree removal had to be rescheduled, and this wasn’t communicated until the day of. It wasn’t clear on what the process or timeline was. I was a little confused on the details of payment, day of schedule, and who to contact for issues. I think these issues could be solved if there was a quick explanation of how the process worked once I booked. Overall: I recommend Biggz for tree removal, I do think there could have been a little more effort to explain the entire process and not leave the customer guessing and having to reach out multiple times for answers.
