Alpine Tree Service Reviews

We received a flyer in the mail promoting Alpine Tree Service. We called on a Tuesday requesting a quote and the owner(Anthony )came out the next morning and provided a quote for removing a large pine and a small oak tree. Also trimming 17 pine trees and a river birch. Later that same day the crew showed up and completed the job based on the quote. They did an excellent job and cleaned the yard nicely. We will have them back again in the fall to trim up the oak trees. It was very impressive to watch the climbers. As you can see from the photos they had all the right equipment.

We selected Alpine for a large job removing a 14-foot around Maple towering between our house and the neighbor's. The crew did a solid job from start to finish bringing the tree down without issue, thorough clean up, minimal lawn impact shuttling the wood to the street, and returning to take care of some spots missed on the stump grinding.

Had issues with lawn damage, clean up and stump from job on 5/20. Left several messages for Anthony. Neither he nor the company bothered to call back. It seems to me that Alpine has a cut-n-run policy. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and bad business model. I DO NOT recommend doing business with them. See photo.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
