We had a scheduled date of tree removal we called the morning of to see what time they would be arriving didn't get a human response until 2 pm to tell us that they weren't coming. We told them we had other projects scheduled around this and they came the next day after trying to get us to reschedule. We paid for two trees to be taken down, limed and wood to be left behind. Well they did leave our Maple tree but took our Black Walnut tree with them. When we called to ask why they took something we wanted and paid to be left they said they could bring it back but it wasn't worth it. We noticed they damaged the sidewalk with their trucks contacted them through Facebook and phone with ZERO efforts in making anything right. We sent pics of damages and no response back. Added pics of the damage they left behind trenches we could understand but the rest between the lack of communication and taking of things in which we paid for we will never go with these guys again nor will we recommend them to anyone.
