A Tru-Ax Tree Care LLC Reviews

Jarett Spitzack (5)
I had Chad come out to remove a dead elm that was near power lines and my house. He came out and dropped the tree safely. (I took care of cleanup). Final cost was the same as estimated and service was timely. No complaints, will be my first call for future tree removals.

Chad removed an infected Ash in a tight spot- carefully and efficiently. Pruned my wild haired Birch up and away from trouble and cleaned up dead limbs off my Maple. He heard my concerns and took care of everything as he said he would. I didn't come home disappointed, but instead amazed. I paid what he quoted me and he did it all in one appointment. Highly recommend!

For all our tree services we use A Tru-Ax Tree Care. They are prompt and respectful. They make sure everything is cleaned up before they leave. And always a fair price. Thanks for your great work.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
  3. Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
  5. Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
