Pioneer Tree Service Reviews
BETHY J
We would have given 6 stars if we could. From the very 1st phone call we were treated like a number 1 customer. John and Bob were fair, honest and realistic about what to expect for the large job we needed done. 16 trees, plus 2 large trees growing through our deck, and 1 giant oak trimmed and taken down with precision! Their whole crew worked non stop for more than 8 hours! They were all respectful to us and worked seamlessly with each other as a team. Everything we asked was done and more, as they also trimmed 3 other old stumps we had on our property. Best pricing is around, and we would highly recommend this company and crew to anyone who needs tree service. Thank you guys for the excellent service and fair price, we so appreciate what you did!

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
