Legacy Treecare Reviews
Paul Gagnon
I wish I could give 6 stars. The team from Legacy Treecare was great! They were extremely professional. They made sure they took the appropriate safety precautions. They were prompt, and worked very efficiently. They cleaned up when they were done. And to top it off, they were genuinely nice and respectful, both in the office, and on-site.

We contacted Legacy to remove a large oak tree in our front yard and to prune some trees. John came out to provide us an estimate and was very helpful to diagnose other problems with a few different trees. We were so impressed with his professionalism and the overall customer service provided by Legacy. The pricing was also very fair. The company followed up after the job to make sure everything was to our satisfaction which was something we are not used and their clean up was impeccable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality tree service.

Wonderful, family owned business. They are good people who take pride in their work. I'm convinced they saved our ash trees!

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
