I have had multiple people I have worked with throughout my life and companies. The professionalism and expertise that Rainbow tree offers for tree removal is beyond top tier. From the get go my arberesist Joey out of the little Canada office was very quick to come out and give me the best quote I got out of 4 other companies and companies that also said no it's to big if a tree for our crew. The entire process of watching the tree being removed safely and professionally the entire time. Words can't describe how amazing this company is. The tree removal crew Luke R and Cory are some of the most talented tree removal experts and arborist they there are. Tom and Reggie came out to finish the job and smoothed everything out. All 5 of these gentleman deserve a well job done. Keep it up and thanks to everyone else that assisted.

We had 5 trees over 70 feet that needed thinking out and deadwood removed. We had an arborist come out first to evaluate the conditions and provide an estimate. The entire process was seamless with great communication for the steps needed prior to the climbers coming out. When they arrived (4 tree climbers) they were efficient, polite, very professional and informative for any questions we asked. They respected our extensive plantings (no damage at all) and the clean up was immaculate. It was a great experience, I highly recommend them.

The scheduling was great. Communication has been very good. I love how Rainbow Treecare reminded me when treatment is due; furthermore, I called on day one and within two days, our Ash tree was treated for Ash Borer prevention. I’m sent a bill following the treatment and they bill exactly what was proposed for treatment cost. Mckenzie (Technician) did a great job informing me of her intentions regarding treatment of our Ash tree. She also noted that she found a slug or two and recommended those be treated.
