Monster Tree Service of Minneapolis Reviews

Dan Chies (5)
Monster was working on my neighbor's house- asked if they could remove a dead 40ft pine close to my house and trim a complicated 60ft ash with some broken crown pieces - gave me a fair cash number on the spot and knocked it out fast. Great cleanup and were careful on the grass. Will 100% call for my next job!
Quinn Thompson (5)
I used Monster to remove three mostly dead ash trees on our property. The access to our yard is very, very limited so there was no option but to climb the trees and piece them down. Monster's pricing was competitive and they were very responsive during all stages of the job from bid to completion. I was thoroughly impressed with how quickly the crew worked and how well they cleaned up. Aside from a bit of sawdust near the stump, you'd hardly even know they had come through and taken down three trees.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
  3. Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
  5. Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
