Gateway Tree Care Reviews

Tree removal and stump grinding - got bids from 3/4 other places then a relative recommended these guys - am I glad - price was significantly better than any of the others. Service and professionalism in doing the job was excellent - Wife was impressed. Might be busy but worth the wait - big tree close to powerlines, fence and not far from deck

The arborist gave us a good plan to care for our trees. The crew that arrived to effectuate the plan was WONDERFUL. The crew leader was polite, communicative, while he worked alongside his crew. Nice job, and cleaned up afterwards. Highly, highly recommend.

Out of four tree services they were the only company that responded to our request to remove a tree and a couple of bushes. They showed up the next day and 15 minutes after they left we had their estimate for the job.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
  3. Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
  5. Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
