The company did a fantastic job and they took the braches from other trees we pruned before they came over. Overall, an easy experience considering all the tree business we went through because of the July 24, 2024 wind storm. They were able to save the trees by crowning them and help with their recovery.

I’m not sure I can do justice to just how incredible Nathan and his team are but I’m going to try. I had a very large tree on my house and I called them the morning after the storm and left a message. I did that with about 10 or 11 other tree companies. Maybe it was the Texas phone number I have (was in the Navy) but I didn’t get even a hint at a call back from any other company.. except Nathan and TreeMasters. Man what a blessing in disguise that was. Nathan not only answered my call but said he could be by ASAP since I had a tree on the house. He stayed in communication, always answered his phone and followed through exactly on what he said he’d do. His actual work was safe, deliberate and of the highest quality. He also offered a price that was reasonable which was a breath of fresh air as I heard of story after story of other companies charging 2 to 3 times what they would normally charge. Nathan and his team (family) have earned our business for life. I can’t say enough great things about them. They were a blessing in a time of need. Thank you!
