Birdsong Conservation Reviews

Jan Lombardi (5)
We love living in the woods and want to be able to enjoy our cabin for generations to come. That means taking fuel mitigation seriously. Eric and his team did an amazing job eliminating trees, keeping in mind impact on the land, and the maintaining critical habitat for creatures who call this home. He is knowledgable, communicative and great to work with. If you need help with trees, Birdsong Conservation is who you should call.

Eric was a life saver after the Missoula windstorm! He responded right away and was able to save much of my large apricot tree as well as prevent large limbs from taking down a service line. He was very knowledgeable and careful and I will definitely have him come back to do more tree work in the future!

Eric has been working with us for several years to grind stumps from trees that were previously removed. He always makes difficult work look easy & leaves our property looking like we would. This year we called him while Treemageddon, the huge windstorm that hit Missoula, was actually happening & he responded immediately the next morning! Wow!!! He tackled a risky & truly Herculean task & saved the day! Eric is off-the-charts amazing - both in terms of the world-class precision & quality of his work & his response to help us get those trees off of our house! We just met with him again to help develop a plan to manage the remainder of our urban forest. We cant Thank You enough!!! You are THE BEST!

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
  3. Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
  5. Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
