Second time in 5 years that I've used McNeel Tree Service. Dan provides a fearless, meticulous, efficient, professional, and very cost-effective solution to tough-to-access trees! He topped 75+ foot trees in sections and lowered each piece to the ground, not jeopardizing my neighbor's expensive fence. Thanks Dan, for the amazing "show" and exceptional service!

Professional and courteous, Dan goes above and beyond to do what needs done and to help in any way he can. He had taken out two large bushes for me at my house and when he left you would never have known any bushes existed. It was immaculate. When the storm hit and took down three very large pine trees in my parent's yard there was no question but to call Dan. He got over there that night to assess what needed done and within a few days was there working. The sprinkler water line was damaged when the roots pulled up and Dan went under the house and shut the water off to stop the leak and he went as far as to fix the line for them. Again the clean up site was immaculate. My mom recently passed away and she was always so proud of her yard and landscaping. A log under a concrete little boy with a fishing pole had disintegrated and my sister asked Dan if he would cut a log to put under the boy and he did and got the decoration righted again. I know my mom is smiling. Every step of the way Dan sent me video showing me and explaining to me what he had done. It's hard work and long days and he does it with a genuine appreciativeness. Dan's a rare gem in today's world and I would recommend him 1,000x over.

Wow... just wow! An all around great experience with Dan! Really the best guy we could've found to get all the cracked and dead branches out of our tree. Extremely nice, knowledgeable and without a doubt, the best customer service we could have had! We will be using this service for another tree in the near future, and would recommend to anyone!
