Aall About Trees and Turf Reviews
Dale Hahn
This is Michelle Hahn. I can't say enough about the fantastic service I received on such short notice. I had a huge tree that split in half. One half landed on my neighbors house, and the other half was about to fall on mine. I called in a panic on Sunday night, and they were out the next day! I watched the whole tree cutting service, and wow! These guys really know what they are doing. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Thank you again. I highly recommend.
Cub Scout Pack 324
Our Cub Scout Pack needed a few 18 in diameter by 2 ft pine logs for an experimental log stove building activity where the log itself is the stovetop as it burns from the inside out. We had planned to make these stoves with the scouts to cook on while camping this weekend and with no prior notice Randy facilitated us getting the logs on the same day and he gave them to us. He was polite, kind accommodating and happy to help us out. Thanks!
Jon Richter
Very happy with their service. We had a large ash tree and a grove of volunteer mulberrys removed along with trimming/pruning a few other mature trees. They were able to get the crane in a tight space to remove the ash without issue and did a great job raking and cleaning up at the end. James was easy to work with and I appreciated the transparent breakdown on the estimate. Stump grinding tore up the areas but there's not really a way around that. Accidently hit a neighbors underground sprinkler head and they were out right away to make it right.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
