Mark and Janelle with Nevada Roots are amazing! We had two huge trees that needed trimming in our backyard. They were able to get us on their calendar within a matter of days. Mark was always on time and very professional. Janelle was super responsive and a pleasure to do business with. I also appreciated how easy it was to pay my invoice. In comparison to 3 other companies in town their quote was VERY competitive. If you’re looking for a solid, dependable tree removal service you cannot go wrong! We’ve used Nevada Roots in the past, and wanted to go with them again! I’m so glad we did. After getting a quote from Nevada Roots, about a pine tree removal and stump grinding we schedule an apt with Matt . He came promptly at the time he said, safely cut the tree down, ground down the stump, cleaned up all the mess, and even removed an old tree truck we had laying around. What a pleasant experience! My new to me home & yard had been neglected for some time. In August Mark provided a bid on trimming my back yard trees & shrubs, removal of a fairly large elm start-up and removal of numerous dead shrub stumps and roots. The bid was itemized and easy to understand. In late Sept. I emailed the office to schedule the work. Jenelle promptly contacted me and we scheduled for mid-November. Even when the office is closed for any reason I received a "vacation" message with a return date. They are very communicative! Mark arrived right on time and did a great job on my over-grown yard. He respected my wishes to keep some of the "jungle" look for privacy. He went above & beyond in cleaning up the debris; not just what he created but what was existing. Mark is very pleasant, professional and did a very thorough job. He happily answered my many questions. Their price was very competitive and you won't find a more enjoyable business to deal with. To top it off he got along wonderfully with my two dogs! He & Jenelle have a customer for life in me!
