Potter Tree Care provided one of the most outstanding contractor experiences I've ever had as a homeowner. From tip to tail. The initial phone call, the estimate, the lead up to the job, and the final results. It was all 100% what you would expect/hope for, from a professional, hard-working, integrity-based organization. Painless estimate and scheduling. Excellent communication. Totally reasonable pricing. And the work itself was spectacular. We opted to keep the softwood chips for the garden and the hardwood logs for the stove. Everything was neatly piled where we wanted. They used leaf blowers and rakes to clean up. They have an INCREDIBLE remote-controlled crane/tank, that moves on big rubber tracks; they laid down composite boards in order to prevent tearing up the lawn. If you're shopping around for arborists, discontinue your search, and call Potter Tree Care immediately. As long as they're in business, I have no reason to ever call another tree company. Greg and the crew at PTC slugged away at a big job, clearing 60+ mature pines out from around our newly purchased home (which was a big work in progress at the time). He and his crew worked hard for a week and a half- felling, bucking, and hauling a hefty order of trees off the property and they did an exceptional job helping us reclaim the yard around our home.
