Albany Tree & Property Service Reviews

Tiana Wyrick (5)
Joe, provided great service at an amazing price! He pruned our lacebark elm and provided professional advice on care and management, I can’t say enough how happy we are with his services.
Vicki Scanlon (5)
Joe was responsive and knowledgeable. Price was fair and workers did a thorough job to remove 6 trees and grind the stumps. Would work with Joe again in the future.
Richard Ramos (1)
Joe came to my home in person and provided me an estimate for trimming the trees over my yard. On the day he was supposed to arrive to do the work, he was late. After an hour and a half after he was due, I texted him to ask about when he might arrive and he informed me the job would now require a crane and bucket and would need to be reschedule next month at a higher cost. Not sure why he couldn't figure that out estimating the job initially. Nevertheless, he is not someone I would recommend or trust to call.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
  3. Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
  5. Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
