These guys are AWESOME!!! I had called them to remove a huge 45ft tall Black Walnut tree from my backyard because I could not get a response from another local company. They answered the phone when I called, were super nice and sent their estimator guy out to take a look. He called me the next day and told me about a couple other trees that really should come out. I appreciated him taking the time to look around and make sure everything was safe and what needed to be taken down was. They arrived a couple days later and removed the trees. While there, I realized I wanted a few more taken down that just didn't look very pretty. They took everything down, gave my neighbor the wood for firewood, and ground out all the stumps. My backyard looks so great now! All of the guys working were very nice and professional. And their pricing is very fair and reasonable. I have recommended them to all of my neighbors in Cassadaga. I called this tree business to have a tree removed from my dads property out in Panama. I called on Tuesday and now it's Thursday. Never heard back from them. I even sent a email through their website to request a call back. Got nothing there either. Unfortunately I went with someone else. If you're going to run a company, at least learn to communicate better.
