A large branch came down in the thunderstorm last night. I took to Google this morning to find a tree service. Teresa (forgive the misspelling), took my phone call and answered all my questions in a friendly and professional manner. After about 30 minutes from my initial phone call, Tony (the owner).came out to offer an estimate that was completely reasonable. He and his team was able to complete the job within 2 hours of the initial estimate. Due to the wet conditions the yard was a bit torn up from the heavy equipment but precautions were taken to prevent further damage when leaving. Over all a terrific service that I highly recommend.

They came for an estimate in May, agreed to do the job then they never showed up. Got in touch with them via messenger in August & they said the job would be scheduled within the next two weeks. Then never heard from them again.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
