Canopy Connections Reviews
Ivan Keresztes
The first thing you'll notice about Keith is that he LOVES trees. He loves talking about them, climbing them, and taking care of them. Before he spent a day in our yard, he happily talked to me on the phone at length about what trees we could and shouldn't get to replace a dying ash. He spent hours climbing and trimming a large maple that wasn't doing well in the hope that it might recover. Everyone else told us to just cut it down. If it does come to that in a few years, Keith will be my first call. He also took down two dying ones, felling one precisely between two other trees with very little room to spare, and pruned an old apple tree that is looking much happier now. He took time he didn't need to to chat with our kids about tree climbing, showed me how to sharpen a saw chain, pruned the small trees we bought and explained how to properly plant and maintain them.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
